They will give you an hour of blissful relaxation away from stress and anxiety, so you can connect and bond with your baby. The mind and body are inherently connected, a relaxed mind results in a relaxed body. In pregnancy this affects the baby too, so if you feel relaxed and calm, your baby will too.
