Self-confidence is the belief we have in our own ability in particular areas of our lives.
This view we have of ourselves is influenced by our relationships with others and our experiences.

This can have a destructive effect on your life. You may find yourself avoiding social situations, or anything new or challenging.

Any damaging feelings and thoughts you have about yourself are embedded in your subconscious. Hypnotherapy works directly with that part of you; it enables access to all those negative thoughts, working through them, resulting in a more positive and healthier self-image.

Using a combination of hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques, we will work together to look at your past in a new way, to help you replace those destructive thoughts and behaviours with more helpful ones.

You will learn easy relaxation exercises, so you no longer feel tense and stressed when faced with those occasions that used to worry you.

Sessions are charged at an hourly rate of £70.
